I've also had a reaction to the Garnier Micellar Water as well as the Simple Micellar Water. Despite the brand getting some shit on this sub, I love the Cetaphil Makeup Remover. I also use Clinique Take the Day Off balm if I'm wearing a lot of foundation/sunscreen, but I don't like using balms/oils for my eyes since I wear contacts. I've tried quite a few of eye makeup removers and this is the only one that doesn't cause a reaction.
