When I read your message it reminded me of my own mother who has also has "narcissistic tendencies" also, just minus the alcohol. It's been a struggle, so I know how you feel.

I'm no expert and continue to work on these issues too, but I found a website that helps with healing the first three chakras (solar plexus included) that helps people who have healing in the areas of grounding, feeling safe, personal power and creative/sexual power/healing.
