This one ?

Any other recommendations on good graphic novels or trade paperbacks. Is there one on the endgame/infinity war storyline

Here's a link. Depending on geographical limitations, I've no idea if this will work for you (or indeed, if you'll be able to get it from here).

Marvel, any day of the week. I think from the beginning it's a form of nostalgia. I grew up with Marvel's TV shows in the 90's, and The X-men were my favourites. What was my biggest fascination with them was that I never knew if they were good guys or the bad guys. I think Marvel's ability to show everyone, even the goodest of the good, in a bad light every now and then is a very interesting factor. I know DC does the same thing, but it doesn't feel as genuine. I can't see Superman or Wonder Woman as bad people, while I have no problem imagining the dark sides of Spidey or Cap. The biggest draws for me are the anti-heroes, and those moments where the heroes turn bad an vice versa.

What better way to experience that is there than to read Civil War?

My favourite hero is a split between Iron Man (due to my love for power armours and the like) and The Beast due to his general badass-ness. As for villains, that's one thing DC (Batman in particular) does better. I think I'll go with Mr Freeze, because of his tragic back story and for the fun it is to to beat him in Arkham City.

/u/PuerPingues, /u/Rubenick and /u/teadow, we are now the Scandinavian branch of The Avengers. With /u/PuerPingues' Danish-powered beer-drinking abilities, /u/Rubenick's ability to magically sit in a sauna for hours and drink Koskenkorva and mine and /u/teadow's Swedish abilities to know exactly how far away one can sit at a table without offending or having to interact with anyone, we will protect Scandinavia from the horrors that are at hand. HÄMNARE, SAMLAS!

Also, your favourite heroes? Wolvie and Green Lantern!

I thought this would have been an obvious one, but perhaps go back to comics, where the character started. The Invincible Iron Man volumes are pretty good, and they have the movie-style armour in it.

If you're on a budget, or if he likes any other of the big Marvel characters, then maybe get him Civil War. It's about a massive war between all of the Marvel superheroes, and Iron Man features quite prominently in it.
