The difference with mine were the three sizes were 3", 4", and 5". The ones in the link are 5", 6", and 7" and they're almost twice the price.
I did find these which are the same size and similar in price to the ones I got, they're just a different brand.

I use these
The same company (I think) has a variety of sizes and different dimensions. If you get them and they look scratched or cloudy, that's just the protective film they're wrapped in. All the ones I've gotten are crystal clear.
They're not quite like you've shown, but they're very inexpensive and unobtrusive.
