Isn't there a line of boots that use Nike (or a different running company's) soles? Like a legit boot upper, but comfortable running shoe bottom.
EDIT Found em! Cole Haan makes a whole line of shoes with Nike Lunarglide lower parts. But they ugly! Mostly dress shoes too, but here is a pair of boots: Amazon listing
