If you have decent in-ears, you can get different tips that are pretty fucking tight.

They fit so well to my buds that it feels like you're going to tear the tips in half getting them on and off, and they provide fantastic isolation as they're memory foam. They do deteriorate though, I probably go through a pair every 3 months or so with regular wear.
