Looks identical to the one I got on Amazon, under the brand "Copplus." Takes Parker refills.
Unfortunately those are out of stock on the Karas Kustoms website, JetPens, and Amazon. I can't find the brass Retrakt available for sale anywhere else.
I did find two click brass pens on Amazon that take the same refill as the Jotter. They're both less than $20, and are Amazon Prime, so 2 day delivery:

The Karas edk is actually in the short list, along with the tactile turn Shaker. I like the design of both, however the clip is so far down from the top of the clicker I'm not sure I'd like them. With the f-701, only the moving portion of the click mechanism is above the pocket line.

I had not seen the machine era. I wasn't really looking for a bolt action, but I think I kinda like that pen. I'll have to consider that one, thanks for the suggestion.
