That model is likely overkill to charge ~50%...sounds like you really only need a small top up (20% or so) to get you back home under power:

I suspect this would get you 15-20% increase in charge over what you pulled in from your commute with.

I can't recommend the one that I own...had some issues with it.

The issue is that my laptops charger outputs 19.8V 8.33A and I don't know if my USB C port can accept electricity, can it take that voltage and amperage.

You want something like the ChargeTech PLUG Portable Power Supply. They have a Travel model (42,000mAh) and a Pro model (54,000mAh). Both have USB-C ports and two wall outlets. The Travel model can go on airplanes.

There are similar devices out there without USB-C for a bit less, but not much. Given we have no reports of third party chargers causing problems for the Switch, just third party docks, I don't think these are worth the cost just for safety.
