Something like this. Mine is a different brand. I use it a lot during summer, since it's a pain to refill propane tanks.
There are also electric smokers. These actually do work quite well. They give a rich smoked flavor, without using charcoal (you use wood chips). Again - easier than using a propane or charcoal smoker.
