Link isnt working (as others have stated).

I always use wrist guards. I know how to fall, and usually just bruise my ass. BUT, the nastiest spills I took I wasnt able to control. It is human instict to catch your fall, and regardless of my practice otherwise, I wear them as an "OH SHIT" sort of protection.

They dont inhibit my ability to make a fist, like other commenters mentioned. They do prevent bending your wrist forward or backwards though (which is literally their intended purpose)
