Pretty much ticks all your boxes. Core i5 processor will be enough for photoshop, etc. and the graphics chip onboard should be able to fly at running TF2! Also has a pretty longish battery.
Go with this. It has an i5 which is plenty for work and 8GB of RAM which is great for multitasking.

Anyhow, the game definitely works well with its default keys. I wouldn't recommend investing in a controller unless you want to be at a huge disadvantage.

It could probably run ff12 on pcsx2 but don't expect a solid fps. I played it on a laptop with similar specs so it may not look pretty but you can play it.
