I have this and it is awesome. Designer Catbox Litter Box Enclosure in Espresso https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005AFMJWC/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_roKqub1VBEX48. I put an automatic light in it though, so the kitty can see what she is doing.
I found a not so cheap solution. I bought this to hide the litterbox. It’s deep and has an exterior entrance and interior entrance (that make a sort zig zag entrance?). Because of that it keeps my dog out no problem. You can make it even more difficult for the dog to get into by putting the entrance facing a wall with just a few inches for the cat to get through. My cats figured it out in a few tries and my dog hasn’t been able to get in for a nasty “treat” in months.

That’s the amazon link, I think I found it for cheaper on chewy or overstock though when I bought it.
