These are really nice because there's an app that controls all the lights as well as a button that attaches to it. I have my button under my desk with some double sided tape.
Unfortunately it's only the music that played out loud but it's a cool little show off thing when I'm just chilling and not riding. And here the link to the led lights.

I only got them to test and see how the bluetooth and music mode works since they have a mic attached. No bandwidth issues and the brightness can be controlled, but I do like the LS100 since I would be able to sync with entire build which is corsair

I zip tie the extra wire of the lights to the battery pack. Then I use that industrial adhesive to stick it to the board. It works really well, I've never had anything fall off using that stuff. I take some gaff tape and put it over all of the components. For the light strips themself, I used the adhesive they have on them to stick to the bottom. That's holding up really well. For the side ones I use a glue gun to stick them on. Those ones require a little fixing up every month or so, banging the board around will unglue them over time. The portable battery for these don't make any noise. It lasts a long time running two strips before needing recharged.

I used this LED strip behind my Karlby to add ambient lighting. It has a built in control switch, but I use their App on my phone for more color settings.
The desk one is a Minger DreamColor I got on a lightning deal and the monitor one appears to be BrillGlow.
