cardiology fellow here, this is the stethoscope I use, mostly because I can't pull out an isolation stethoscope anymore. I literally used one of those yellow ones for 1.5 years and didn't make a lick of difference in my management.

20 bucks and sounds just as good as any other stethoscope.
I think the cheaper option will be better. You will not waste too much money to test it.
The $25 fricare stethoscope on amazon can be an option. I bought it for my learning and work well.
