Can someone point me to a list of compatible controllers (Model 3)? I've tried my stock ps4 dual shock controllers but I can't get them to work. I've tried different usb cables, both front ports, turn the controllers on before plugging in and after. The only thing they do plugged in is start charging. My first thought was compatibility but I've seen other posts saying ps4 controllers worked and I would think any USB HID Controller would work. My controller model is CUH-ZCT1U

I thought about buying another but did want to waste time if it's not going to work. Suggestions?

I did some more digging and found this article which says early model ps4 controllers do not work. I'm going to buy a new dual shock and I'll update on how it goes.

I ordered a new ps4 controller from amazon and it arrived next day :). It works perfectly. The model number is CUH-ZCT2U. I guess the original ps4s had a non-standard usb controller.
