Bard and Faulkner
You should add flow-batteries to that list!
There are plenty of resources on youtube that help describe various battery technologies and if you're interested in a textbook, I recommend Bard . Lastly, use Google Scholar to check out recent advancements in the different kinds of batteries and if you come across something interesting, hone your search to that topic. You may find a specific researcher that does work in an area you find fascinating and Google Scholar is really helpful in finding papers. Idk if ECS still has open access week going on but take advantage of that too (it can be hard finding the full text for research papers because so many are hidden behind paywalls).
Best of luck!
I would rather refer you to bard : electrochemical methods and applications for more relevant definitions.
Hi, while your description of redox chemistry is good, it is necessary to include sources other than yourself for answers in /r/askscience. Bard and Faulkner or even wikipedia are sufficient for your redox equations and to explain what overpotential is.
