And for cleaning urself why dont just use a sensitive skin shower gel, im pretty sure there ar avalaible in the us, some of them ar way way soft for ur skin, check yves rocher, the body shop, or jsut buy in a farmacy special urea ones.
This one is truly expensive, so is just an example, but u can find some with other brands(no idea about us brands) that will help ur problem and inside the bottle there is no mold.

Also if u cant place central air, u still can get fans for cheap that will help to circulate the air lowering ambient humidity.
