Let me jump in on this. I was raised in a strict Christian home. Christian schooling K-12. Porn was the ultimate evil. Created by Satan to tempt men to defoul their bodies and to lust after other women. They used scripture like this to explain it, and I read books like this to better understand men's desire for it. I honestly felt 100% that a man looking at porn was the same as committing adultery (I should also add that I was VERY insecure at the time). I started dating my very horny boyfriend at age 15, he was 17. He joined the Marines so porn was everywhere. I cried about it. We fought. It almost broke our relationship. Fast forward to the present. I am now married to said boyfriend and we are both atheists. I could care less if he looks at porn cause lord knows that I'm not in the mood for sex every time he is. It's a relief actually. Porn is like my backup players. It's relieved so much tension in our relationship. However, I understand the other side of the coin and hope that offered some insight.

Check out the Christian book - Every Man's Battle. Get yourself a copy, it will help you deal with the cause of your fapping, not just the action itself. It's one thing to deal with the fap, it's another to deal with WHY you fap.

Also, other useful tools are Reddit Enhancement Suite
and K9 Web Protection. These are what I've used to help get a handle on my situation. Please seriously consider using these tools. God Bless and Good luck bro!

I've heard Every Man's Battle well recommended by my Christian peers.

If you want to master these urges, it will take effort and self-discipline. The secular world will not be of much help in this area, unless you become a full-blown addict (you may already be addicted to masturbation and porn) and go into therapy.

I would recommend this book to you. It has a religious bent, but the overall message is great. If you are religious, great, the book will help. If you are not religious, it may help anyway.
