I have a 4-tray excalibur

They're restaurant quality and the 4 tray can comfortably handle over a pound of bite size treats all spread out.

I'm not sure, but for dehydrating meat I would rather pick a tray dehydrator than a dial one. Problem is: They are fudging expensive... http://www.amazon.com/Excalibur-2400-4-Tray-Economy-Dehydrator/dp/B0047WOWHE
