Check with a vet to make sure it's not an infection. I've always had great luck with Excel's ear wipes.

Are you using Oticleanse right now or another ear cleanser?

my cat would freak out if i used drops. she definitely doesn't enjoy getting her ears cleaned, but these make it all much easier and it doesn't take long.
