Have you ever tried a weighted blanket? You can buy one on Amazon for under $100. My son, now 26, had issues with staying asleep all the way up until he was around 22 or 23. That was when my wife and I found out about the weighted blankets and we bought one for him. He sleeps much better and actually looks more rested than he did before. Mostly due to him actually sleeping through the night under the blanket. With the added weight it is supposed to make them more comforted and held tight. Before the weighted blanket my son would have three comforters on him at night even in the summer time, and we live in Arizona where it's still in the high 70's at night. We kept asking him why he had so many coverings and he couldn't articulate why of course, but after doing some research and talking to people we tried the weighted blanket. What a difference it made. It may not work for you but it might be worth a shot. I included a link below for you to maybe see what I was talking about.
