Amazon is having a FFXIV sale (50% off) for the PS4 digital version @ $15. It still doesn't beat the price of the physical copy at SE Store but it's an alternative for those who don't live in the US.

There's also a discount on the FFXIV Online version (ARR + HW) for $25.

You will still get the 30 days subscription code... that i know.

But, if you already own ARR, i would think you can just use the HsW code to download the content. But i'm not sure....
