If you're playing off Steam, buy it off steam.

Why can't you order off Amazon.com or something? All you have to do is throw in an American address somewhere in your address book so they think you live there, and order the digital copy and there ya go :)
Edit: It tells you how to make it so you can actually purchase it, since it knows your region based on your actual address. You can change it though to get around it. Just follow what it says :) I just tried it out myself, and I'm in Canada so can't normally purchase digital on Amazon.com.

Does anyone know if this pre-order on Amazon results in a Steam game code or a Square Enix game code? I need the Steam edition, so I want to make sure I'm buying the right thing...
