I know you only asked for stories but the other day another redditor recommended a book "first 100 words" https://www.amazon.co.uk/First-100-Words-Bright-Baby/dp/1843322927, I got it yesterday for my 20 month old and already he has said "keys" and "duck", he absolutely loves it and won't be put it down. He is a babbler and hardly ever says a word in context so I am pretty excited about his two new words.
