My son had something similar but it wasnt a game so much. You would put the balls on the center circle and they would bounce around and then fall out of its mouth.

At 1, you never know what they'll like. Unless it makes an annoying noise. . . . then they are guaranteed to love it. The louder the better. My kid has this and this and loved them both. Make sure you include batteries.
