Can not vouch for the tool meeting your specifications, however the geometry of it's brush looks much better for clearing mirrors and tight spots than any regular brush I've handled.

I never know what to give as winter solstice present festivals. Now I need the proper center punch or window breaking and seat belt cutting tool to go with the snow tool to give everyone.
Owning a black Model S, I feel your concern. I use Fiskars SnowXpert Car Tool, which has silicone brushes:

Also, try not to actually touch the paint with the tool when removing snow, but rather just the snow itself.
