Is this for 3" or 4"?

This tool is for what is known as a "three four" pipe. The outer diameter is nominally 4 inches...the inner diameter is nominally 3 inches. The tool works great and highly advise you watch the YouTube video. Absolutely Make sure your drill has high torque and run it on low speed taking frequent breaks...otherwise the friction could easily melt the pipe...especially if the pipe is the black ABS pipe which melts at a lower temperature than PVC pipe. Do it for 20 seconds. ..let it cool..then repeat. see less

Found this, but it's quite pricey and It's made for ABS/PVC. I'm not even sure what material my drain pipe is made of. But the dried-up drops on the inside make me think it's plastic that's been fused together.
