There are already compostable bags on the market for much cheaper:

60 for $9.49, or $0.16 per bag.
120 for $16.99, or $0.14 per bag.
240 for $25.29, or $0.11 per bag.
280 for $19.95, or $0.07 per bag

The glove is an interesting idea, but I just can't see you being successful with the prices you suggested.

I've bought the Earth Rated biodegradable bags before (just FYI, only the white ones are biodegradable, the green ones are not), but I found them to be a bit thin and flimsy, so I buy the Cycle Dog biodegradable bags now. They also make flushable poop bags
