This book helped me so much with being bombarded by others energy. Now I am so busy managing my own vibration I seriously haven't felt the need to constantly shield. Of course I still do in certain situations, but really all empaths should read this book! It is life changing!!!
It will help you to focus more on yourself and how you feel, rather than focus outward all the time. That is so empowering.

She explains it in a way that any conscious being could understand, but I will be the first to admit that this book will take you longer to read than most 300-pagers. You will understand that better if you read it.
