This isnt the best idea. Practice tying the uni-knot, takes about 10 seconds and is invisible compared to what youre doing now. How often do you really need to re-tie a soft plastic hook anyway? Especially on a weightless rig like that wacky senko, its definitely going to affect the action, and be visible to the bass.
Now, if you have a rod you dedicate to crankbaits, one thing you can do is remove the split ring from all of your crank baits, and use JUST the clasp, NOT THE SWIVEL, of a snap swivel to attach to your cranks. The clasp will act like the split ring, and facilitate instant changes on your hard baits that way. But in general, I really wouldnt recommend any extra hardware like that directly on bass lures. You should look into using a much smaller hook for wacky rigs too.
