This is a link to what I ordered but they are listed as unavailable now.

Here is the band pad I got recently. It's not a 100% perfect fit but works fine.

Sticking to the Sennheiser store is probably the best bet for finding OEM pads that work. They're about twice as expensive as third party stuff though.

I had the same problem and solved it by using a pad for a different headphone and some double-sided sticky tape. Link here.

Another person asked the same question on another thread and I posted this:

I had the same problem as you, what I did was that I got a replacement headband for the HD201 on Amazon. It fits perfectly on the HD598, it arrives stiff at first but it will get soft and very comfortable over time.

What I also did was I got one of those comfy looking croche covers, took out the original headband but kept the memory foam, then wrapped it around the headband with the memory foam inside. This is what it looks like. It's quite comfy and it looks more stylish in my opinion.

any ideas, hmmm. Ok, I'm making this up as I go:

first remove the existing foam. Maybe gently use low heat from a heat gun to loosen the adhesive and then get under it with an exacto knife or other thing blade? Then, if you have some foam sitting around your place, you could cut it to shape and use something like 3m foam spray adhesive to glue it to the headphones.

Or maybe you could try this, or trim it to size. I like this because it has the backing and double-sided tape already applied to it. It's made for the HD 201 but maybe could work for yours?
