It's cheaper than the body glide that gets recommended and so far for me has worked just as well.
Make sure to take it slow. I'm lighter than you but still far too heavy for my height at 5'9" 252 (started at 259 a couple of weeks ago) and I overdid the pace on week 1 days 2 and 3 and now am stuck doing low impact work due to knee pain. Hoping that works itself out over the next few days and I might be able to get back on the pavement soon.
I'm beginning to wonder if they stopped making it. My kid used to get the worst blisters and we'd have that in the soccer bag at all times. It worked great, but the last time I was at CVS, they didn't have it.
Edit: just saw that they did indeed discontinue it :/ It looks like Gold Bond's is just as good.
My friend who binds recommended using lots of baby powder plus rubbing an anti-chafe stick on your nipples to keep them from rubbing and getting sore! I used to use this on my thighs when i was a long -distance runner! I haven't tried my friend's advice yet (haven't gotten my binder in the mail yet -also from gc2b!). But they've been binding for a while! Good luck!
