Sadly it's just one of those things that one has to endure. There's no easy way out of it. It sucks, and then it sucks, and then it sucks some more. And then suddenly you stop feeling punched in the gut every time you think about it. And you're doing it absolutely the right way. Nothing wrong with some dark humor in my opinion!
