They are $10 universal halos from Amazon, lol. They are supposed to go inside headlights. I filled the back with silicone to make them water proof ish (this is the second set, first set lasted 6 months with no water proofing, halfway through winter). Only complaint is they are a bit yellow when they are off, but it doesn't look too bad.
If you get these, take out the foam tape it comes with, file down the clips that are supposed to grab he inside of the headlight, and fill them with silicone, and use that to stick them on he outside of the fog light. I also wired them in place of the fog lights.
There are different sizes, just measure the diameter of the plastic cover and get what matches closest, a little small if you have too.
