Give one of these a shot.

I use this one at work because it's cheap and super cushy. It's bad for people with oily or sweaty hands though, as the foam falls apart with prolonged contact to liquids. I've had mine for a couple years and it's doing great. My friend with sweaty palms killed his in 6 months. Multiple sizes available.

I use this one at home (well, one just like it). It's gel with a material casing and rubber foot. Nothing you do to it while using your computer should cause it to break down. The downside is when they get dirty, cleaning fabrics with a sponge can be annoying. Also comes in whatever size you need.

Grifiti Fat Wrist Pad

It's the perfect size for my board. Thank you, on the caps! The board is a poker3 rgb. When I was looking around for caps, I had seen a photo someone posted here, from about a year ago, of the translucent pudding keycaps on their poker3, and I thought it looked great, so I bought some myself. They especially look good with the white plate under the caps that come on the board.

The caps are from FlashQuark

Here you go! Amazon.com link. I don't own it myself, but I've only read good things about it so far. I'm planning to get one soon.

Great review! I've been seriously considering an FC660M with clears from Qtan's shop, especially since I sold my MX Brown board a few weeks ago. I just feel guilty spending all my money on keyboards recently, haha...

/u/Vault_75 posted it earlier http://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Keyboards-MacBooks-Notebooks-Neoprene/dp/B004DANDN4/ref=sr_1_11?s=office-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1377035435&sr=1-11 he was correct. it's great for typing, doesn't cover the arrow keys though as it is too short. love it though.

Is that a Grifiti Fat wrist pad? Is it worth the $15 on amazon? How do you like it?

Grafiti makes some decent ones. I made my own out of wood.

I really like the one on Drop right now, but for the time being, I use this one:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004DANDN4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The only downside is the neoprene will eventually start looking crappy after a few months of use, but hey - it's only $15.

I ended up buying it from Amazon. The layout is US, and the top row of keys have some kind of scratch in the same place almost like when you twist plastic from plastic when building model kits? But either way the keyboard is amazing and it was £20 cheaper than the other ones listed in the UK Layout.

I also bought this Wrist Rest made by Grifiti and its perfect!

>what are some good keyboard wrist rests for high profile cases

That's not a thing, there's no difference. High profile cases aren't any higher than low profile cases, it's just named that because the lip of the case covers the sides and hides the switches. Any wrist rest will work fine, you can get a Grifiti Fat pad on Amazon for about $15 here

If you want the foam/squishy rubber type, Grifiti 12 is what you want. https://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Keyboards-MacBooks-Notebooks-Neoprene/dp/B004DANDN4

Edit: check out grifiti's website for other options in that size, like slim version, leather, etc.

If you're seeking a cheap wrist rest, I suggest a Grifiti wrist rest. If you're in no hurry you could try buying a larger one + mouse rest in Massdrop's current group buy, or wait for the mini wrist rest to come around again.

I have a used blue mini wrist rest I'm willing to sell but it's got dust marks from my wrists from use. Still in good condition besides dust. PM me if you want it.

I use one of these, it's quite comfortable but it's ugly

after about a couple months or so of use you can see the surface layer peeling on the bottom left of the pic, so if you want something you can use a long, long time probably not for you, but they're relatively cheap so getting one every 4 months or so wouldn't dig into the wallet too bad. I just flip it to the other side when I use it, I reoriented just for the pic.

performance-wise, it's awesome, doesn't make my hands sweaty, stay still really well, elevates the wrists to a good height; typing without it is uncomfortable now

Which MKB did you acquire? Mine's a 60% MKB, the wrist rest will definitely work well for you and your wrists will thank you for it.

This is the one I purchased, remember don't get the nylon one since it frays easily. Grifiti Fat 12 Neoprene wrist rest

It's a Grifti 12 inch wrist pad.

http://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Keyboards-MacBooks-Notebooks-Neoprene/dp/B004DANDN4.

If you have a TKL, you should get the 14 inch, if you have a full sized keyboard, get the 17 inch.
