not OP but I have one. And it's true, it is uncomfortable to use without a wrist wrest. That is, if you type with incorrect posture.

If you're used to typing with the heels of your hands sitting on a desk or rest, then yes, you will find the K2 to be uncomfortably tall. However, this kind of typing posture can hurt your wrists long-term.

The wrist rest Keychron sells to go with the K2 is still a bit too short in my opinion. A lot of people seem to be happy with the Grifiti fat pad: https://www.amazon.com/GRIFITI-Thinner-10keyless-Keyboards-Mechanical/dp/B01N7J1OSV?ref_=ast_bbp_dp

Bottom line: Use correct posture (elevated wrists), or get a thick rest.

Also, if you're still looking for a wrist rest I like this one: it's a good height, and slightly smaller (1/2 inch maybe) than the full length of the vibe but looks good in front of it.

I cut a piece of wrist wrest foam down to provide a brace: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N7J1OSV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_ss2YAb027PJWP
