I have not read any of the editions after the 4th, which is the one I linked to, but I would personally be shocked if they strayed too far from that model. It's very sex positive, written in plain language, and is an enjoyable read. The illustrations are fantastic.

The entire book may be a bit too much for her all at once, but you can probably find it in PDF format and send her the chapter(s) that you are ok with her reading. Personally, at her age I was intensely curious about ALL of the things, so I'd make the entire book available to her, especially if she asks for it. It's not a dirty porn book, it's really like a textbook on all of the sex and relationships presented in a very human way. My plan for my impending child is to leave that book on their nightstand with a note asking them to talk to me or their dad if they have any questions.
