Aside from Pilot Parallel Mixable cartridges being sold in multicolour packs, I don't know of any. (But as an alternative, you can get sets of Pilot Petits or Platinum Preppies in a variety of colours relatively inexpensively.) Unfortunately those are not standard international cartridges. J. Herbin sells small (10 ml?) bottles of ink, but not in mixed sets of cartridges that I know of. It's odd, when you think about it - given the way people use pens now, with frequent ink colour changes, there might be a demand for sample packs like that, and manufacturers haven't caught on to the idea.

Maybe it's available in your area or on ebay. Probably not the greatest ink though.

Possibly an art store that carries calligraphy materials might have fountain pen cartridges in mixed packs or loose.
