I'm quite a bit smaller than you (30F), but I ended up getting this strapless basque off of Amazon. I won't be getting it for a day or two still, but I have high hopes for it (despite iffy reviews, since I ignore all reviews from people wearing DD/E... :o)
I actually have two strapless bras, but I don't feel confortable in them all day (at like 4 hours I can "feel" the bra, and at 6 hours I'm starting to tug and have to readjust), so I'm hoping a basque will make it comfortable for a longer period of time!
I think your post in /r/abrathatfits will hopefully come up with some good suggestions.
Amazon is great for its easy returns and variety, although I usually turn to figleaves.com/us and /r/braswap for the majority of my bras for a price stand-point (only had one bad bra from braswap, although the bra showed up fine, the fit was just awful.)

I'm at work, so I can't do any searching on figleaves, barenecessities, boux avenue, etc. for your size, but hopefully something will come up!
Absolutely no clue if this would be a decent fit for you, but the Harlequin Tiffany Basque is crazy cheap on Amazon Prime in your size. Could be worth trying out just to see. It's not particularly fancy looking, but it does come in white.
