If you do plan on disposable ones, I recommend hearos ultimate softness. Sometimes I can even use them 2-3 times before something happens with them (lost/soaked/dirtied)
Hearos have a pretty neutral colour, good comfort, and high decibel rating. Some Pharmasaves carry them.

Budget - 100-150 CAD. Can be a bit flexible if I am missing a good pair just for few dollars.

Requirements for Isolation - A lot. Sadly, this is the primary requirement.Things I am trying to avoid with noise isolating earphones are shouting argument matches between people, babies crying and a TV that is always switched on loudly.
Will you be using these Headphones in Public? - Not much. I am okay with my regular samsung earphones for that.
Preferred Type of Headphone - Once again primary requirement is noise isolation. I may need to put on these for 3-4 hours everyday. IEMs preferred. it will be great if there are wireless options available.
Preferred tonal balance - A balanced/neutral pair will be fine.
Past headphones - Samsung in-ear headphones which came within the phone box. Sound is fine for my usage. In fact I really like them.
Preferred Music - Video tutorials. I am not much into music. I am looking to escape the noise from the environment I live in.
What would you like to improve on from your set-up - I am looking for a good pair of noise isolationg earphones to help me concentarte on my studies. Currently, I use Hearos Ultimate softness series ear plugs . These are effective but then I have to keep switching between these and my regular samsung earphoones to watch some video tutorials(a part of my studies).
Location - Canada. Budget - 100-150 CAD. I think i'll be able to order form US as well.
Do you guys think it will be a good budget decision to buy a good pair of earmuffs and let my samsung in-ear headphone cables slide in through the sides. ?
