I got some dried full fat creamer, it tastes enough like the real stuff if you dissolve it in the coffee, but then I realized that I only like the cream when I am essentially making a desert drink.

Now I only drink coffee with cream/milk if I get a cortado from a shop, or poured on ice cream at home.

Heres a link to the Heavy Cream powder I had used. If you are in Baltimore Id be happy to give like half a pound away lol. They also make milk/butter but in my mind all of those are the same thing with just less butter fat in them

I see. In that case, yes, you'll have to go with a protein source as the carrier. Sodium Caseinate is the most common, though I've actually tried a sample of oil spray-dried onto a rice protein carrier, and it turned out a lot better than I expected. When and if we make a complete, just-add-water hypoallergenic keto mix, we'd probably go with that.

If you're okay with dairy, though, why not just use a heavy cream powder instead? Too high in carbs?
