168g water
2.5g yeast (3/4tsp)
21g olive oil
66g corn oil
3.5g butter melted (.25tbsp)
5.5g sugar (1 1/4tsp)
1g salt (1/4tsp)
2.5g cream of tartar (3/4tsp)
