For exterior anal stimulation that is done gently, you shouldn't have too much problem depending on how bad the hemorrhoids are, and whether they are external. For anal penetration of any sort, I would think you or your partner would have to be very, very gentle in addition to waiting for you to relax and comfortably accommodate whatever is inserted in your anus (start small like with one finger, and work up to larger insertions over time as you are comfortable).
