It's actually a Matsumoku product, but I'll grant you that it does look like some Guyatone-built guitars. There's an identical guitar pictured on page 78 of this book; it has no brand name on it either, but it's dated to 1966. I looked through the catalogs of a bunch of brands built by Matsumoku, and came up with nothing.

As a rather interesting piece of kitsch, I could see it going for $3-400 when fixed up.
