if you own a nice hookah, it won't be nice after the session. get a cheap one and put the weed in that. also use a cheap hose if you don't want to ghost stale weed. these are awesome and cheap.

if you have an ac compressor, I heard you can blow them out. But if money is reall tight which is something most of us here deal with, ill let you in on a little thing that got me through the rough time.
