So this will be my very last post on /r/listentous. And so, I decided to share with you all a song that truly means a lot to me. It's somewhat of a sad song, but it's certainly one that cuts deep through a lot of us.

I hope you all like it. The version of this song is off the compilation album Hopelessly Devoted To You Vol. 4, not off The Weakerthans' album Reconstruction Site.

First song I ever heard was the original version of Second Heartbeat on the "Hopelessly Devoted to You Vol. 4" album.

I was hooked ever since. I instantly had to find out everything I could about The Rev.

back in 2002 when I was 11 or 12, my dad had a compilation CD that had the demo version of Second Heartbeat on it. for anyone interested He had a few other cds as well that had some A7X on it. we would always listen to it together and we both fell in love right away. hard to think that I've been so into them for 10 years now.
