HORI creates the highest quality cases for consoles period. For $15, you get both in one product. However, if you want a different screen protector, then go ahead, since they HORI cheap'd out on it.

Well, out of your choices, I have both and would recommend neither. The pdp trigger grips have a very plastic feel and sound when clicking the triggers. Annoyed me day one, came off day two. The dreamgear comfort grips do not really give justice in pictures as to how large the back humps (bottom of vita in the back) are on that thing. They are massive and very rounded. Your Vita will not lay flat at all once you put it down, it will actually rock back and forth. I have bought all the grips for both the 1000 and slim model vita's. Just curious, what's a TPU case? If it's just a rubber case then this is really good and comes with the best screen protector out there. For $5 more you can get the carrying case bundle on amazon
