You could use shelf stable milk? It will still spoil once opened but you could buy 8oz boxes

UHT (ultra high temp) pasteurization kills all the milk flavor though - but I guess this is as close as you can get to the real thing.
For milk there are shelf stable tetra packs of milk from Horizon and other companies that do not need to be refrigerated (like these) until they are opened and not finished in a sitting. I would bring those. They're 1 cup apiece.
