That is strange. Try Menu > Configure Device > Resets > Restore Factory Settings. Also, try updating the firmware. If all else fails, it may suggest that the onboard network card isn't functioning. In that case, I would pick up a cheap Jetdirect card and drop it in one of the EIO slots to work around that. Hope this helps.
