I'm a secondary teacher so I've got 150 (I assume you're elementary, since that many kids is not the norm?), so not sure if all the tips will be relevant. I have in and out bins for each period. Whenever I get work in I alphabetize and clip it, so on-time assignments stay together. When I grade something, I put it in the out box, and have a student responsible for passing out things in the out box, or do it myself (I write grades on the back of assignments, so the pass-outer can't see).
I keep grading REALLY focused - looking for 1-2 criteria per assignment, so I can get through them quickly. I'll make a rubric with just two criteria per level (1/2/3/4) and just circle the level they hit. The descriptors for that level are there, so I don't have to write a narrative comment for every assignment. Other assignments I have the kids self-grade, or I have them work as groups.
If I can't hang stuff, I use free-standing frames (like this: https://www.amazon.com/Tolsby-Frame-Sided-Pictures-White/dp/B00R4Q5IDW/ref=asc_df_B00R4Q5IDW/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=238614861298&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=5425784752637914246&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9033309&hvtargid=pla-390962201666&psc=1) and print directions, mini anchor charts, etc. for kids to see.
They were provided by our reception venue, but I believe they are white Ikea ones https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00R4Q5IDW/ref=asc_df_B00R4Q5IDW5371135/
